I came to Face Yoga while working in a high-pressure job that involved long hours at a screen. I found myself holding tension in my jaw, forehead, and eyes—without even realising it. What began as a simple way to relax my face and unwind after work soon became a daily ritual that brought a sense of calm, clarity, and connection.

Now, as a certified teacher trained in the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method—the world-leading holistic approach to facial wellness—I’m passionate about helping others experience the same benefits.

Face Yoga is more than skin deep. It’s a natural, uplifting practice that tones and refreshes the 57 muscles of the face, neck, and head while supporting inner balance and wellbeing. Sessions incorporate massage, acupressure, breathwork, positive affirmations and simple lifestyle tips for ongoing support. It's a nurturing practice that leaves you feeling centred, uplifted, and glowing - both inside and out.

What to bring: bring your favourite facial oil to help the massage flow smoothly and a glass of water to hydrate.

Sessions generally take place on a Monday evening at 7 - 7.30pm, four times a month. Any variations are listed.

September 2025 dates: 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th. All at 7pm.

October 2025 dates: 6th (8pm), 13th (7pm), 20th (7pm), Tues 28th (7pm)

November 2025 dates: 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th. All at 7pm.

December 2025 dates: 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd. All at 7pm.

Cost: £20 per month (4 sessions) or £8 for a one-off drop-in.
