I work with women in mid to later life who are navigating change — including menopause, shifts in identity, retirement transitions, health challenges, or a sense that life could feel more fulfilling.
My approach recognises that health and life are deeply interconnected. Physical wellbeing influences energy, confidence, and mood, while mindset, purpose, and emotional wellbeing shape how we care for ourselves and move forward.
Health coaching focuses on improving wellbeing in ways that feel realistic, personalised, and achievable. Rather than being told what to do, you’re supported to explore what matters most to you and how you want to feel in your body and daily life. This may include energy, stress, movement, sleep, self-care, and living well through and beyond menopause. The emphasis is always on progress, not perfection.
Life coaching offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself — particularly during times of transition. It can support you to gain clarity, rebuild confidence, navigate change, reconnect with purpose, and explore what you want next in life.
By combining health and life coaching, we work with you as a whole person. This integrated approach supports lasting change, strengthens self-trust, and helps create a more balanced, fulfilling life — especially during menopause and later-life transitions.
My coaching style is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgemental. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can reflect, gain clarity, and take practical steps forward, guided by what matters most to you.
